Should have done this in intervals using a schedule or chart. If I'd been smart I'd have checked at least on a bi-monthly or even monthly basis. But now I really have no clue other than the general start and current end.
As I mentioned before I started at around a beerfully 240lbs. I was at a party this past Saturday and saw a scale in the bathroom. Couldn't resist so I got on, closed my eyes, then opened em back up. It suprised me at first cause I thought I was much lighter but the scale pointed to 19xlbs.
I remained stunned for a bit then realized the muscle is probably what brought it back up. Of course there is no way to determine if I got lower than that though I certainly felt like I did. Probably was the lightest just before I started taking the bulkers and eating more starches again.
Since I don't like taking measurements and am terrible at documentation it's pretty hard to say how much mass I've gained. The only real gauge I use other than my shirts is the mirror. To me, it seems the hardwork is paying off though I'd feel weird hearing someone tell me that.
Ya, compliments from others still make me trip. I'd say the most improvement has been in my chest, shoulders, and arms. There's still much more to go though since I want to get a bit wider without pushing 2XL. Guess I best be eating more crapohydrates!!
