Mass
More mass gains here and there. Also, boost in strength. Still debating on the dumbell upgrades whether they will be 50lbs. or 40lbs.
Still using my adjustable bench and dumbells. No room for my regular bench and weights. I'm seriously looking at selling them or checking if friends can use them.
No longer taking as many supps as before. I had to drop half of them due to the $$$. The only benefit of going through GNC was the discounts I got from the card and the catalog. But they gheyed out and dropped me from the mailing list.
Once I started running dry on shit I just made due. I've been out of mass gainer since April. The cartilage and joint supps have been gone since May. I ran outta protein in May and had to pick-up from another weight shop in June. Just ran outta creatine earlier this month. Right now I got the sample bottle of no2, 1 serving of protein, and about 2 days worth of multis.
The mass picked up a bit since I moved so I'd say that all I really need is protein, multi, and maybe no2. I like the latter cause I can bang shit on one day and be ready for more torture the next day. Also helps that I am eating like a pig again but what the heck, that's how it's always been.
